Qualifications

Two years of full‑time experience performing clerical duties with substantial public contact.
18 months of full‑time experience in eligibility for benefits or case management.
60 semester (90 quarter) units or related coursework meeting minimum qualifications.

Interview and guide clients to determine employability and benefit eligibility.
Authorize benefits or refer to services within policy.
Maintain case files and employment plans with required documentation.
