Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build a local client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients and conduct presentations of coverage options.
• Visit local businesses, nurture relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for manager review.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
