Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Utah. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop skills for presenting to business owners and HR leaders.

The role focuses on building relationships, generating leads via Salesforce, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients. You will manage your schedule, work with a sales team, and pursue monthly/quarterly targets while enjoying a draw-pay plus commissions

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, with sales or athletic background considered if closer to degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
