Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Sulphur, LA is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will build relationships with owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and manage your own client portfolio while earning commissions and bonuses. A valid driver’s license and license to sell health and life insurance (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
• Work with team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales updates.
