Summit Business Group in Colorado is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to join our insurance sales team. You will build and manage your own client base, meeting with business owners to offer our supplemental products, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Health & Life general lines license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant sales experience considered a plus
• Willingness to obtain license if needed

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess needs
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
• Generate new leads through cold calling and networking
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with team members and managers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
