Andrew Meier Inc. is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative in Oklahoma to join a motivated team and grow through comprehensive training.

The ideal candidate will combine solid communication skills with a customer-service mindset to drive insurance sales and build a client portfolio. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and sales techniques, with a schedule Monday–Friday and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting or sales software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, programs, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Must be a superb communicator with ability to analyze complex insurance concepts; customer service helpful.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and tools to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's needs.
• Stay updated on changes to rules/policies to amend insurance programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking while maintaining a client portfolio.
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present suitable policies.
