Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Oklahoma is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to connect with business owners, HR leaders, and other decision-makers while building a client portfolio.

The role emphasizes presentations, territory development, and relationship building, with access to a structured system, schedule control, and performance-based rewards as you grow

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered if near degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at end of day.
