You'll engage with business owners and decision-makers, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit clients to grow your territory. The role offers uncapped commissions, weekly draw pay, and performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required, but strong drive and customer-focus are essential.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state; study aid provided.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily activities and sales progress.
