In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will build relationships, use Salesforce CRM, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets. A supportive team culture and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in resident state or willingness to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options and close sales opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings and attend calls with sales team and manager.
• Build and nurture a local client portfolio and refer business within territory.
