Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided, fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with clients.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily activity and contribute to weekly sales targets.
