Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role in Texas. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss their coverage needs and present personalized options, using our Salesforce CRM to manage leads.

The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with no micromanagement, weekly draw pay plus commissions, and performance-based bonuses. You will receive classroom and field training and have opportunities for promotions.

Qualifications

• Background check completed prior to employment.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; insurance license may be required or reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity in your log.
