Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered if not attained yet.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to cultivate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present options.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules; record daily activity and sales stats.
