You will assist with policy questions, payments, and solutions tailored to clients while learning agency systems and processes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, office, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Dependable, organized, and proficient with computers and technology.
• Current P&C license is an advantage but not required to apply.
