Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Insurance Client Service Coordinator to partner with the Property & Casualty Team and clients in a hybrid in-office setting. You will respond to inquiries, assist with renewals, onboarding, proposals, and client communications with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates bring curiosity, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering professional results in a team

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Strong problem solving, analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external inquiries via online services and provide excellent customer service.
• Determine services to be provided at renewal/onboarding with input from Production and Marketing.
• Communicate responsibilities and timelines to team members for client service plans.
• Assimilate data from multiple departments into cohesive deliverables.
• Support external marketing campaigns and day-to-day service needs of assigned accounts.
