Responsibilities

• Talk with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance solutions.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Build relationships and create a positive customer experience.
• Explain insurance options in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate.
• Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
• Work toward individual and agency goals.
