Rone and Associates Allstate is looking for a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Insurance Representative to join our team in Ozark, MO.

You don't need previous insurance experience or a traditional sales background to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who is easy to talk to, comfortable having conversations, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or as a server or teller, your experience could translate very well to this opportunity.

What We're Looking For

• No insurance experience required.
• Sales or Customer Service experience in a professional setting is helpful.
• A friendly, conversational personality and the ability to connect easily with people.
• Comfortable talking with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to make calls, follow up consistently, and stay organized.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• Customer service experience is a plus — servers, tellers, retail associates, and other people-focused professionals are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if needed.
