ThinkEquity LLC, a leading NYC based financial services firm, is seeking trainees for its Institutional and Retail Equity sales department. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates or those with under 3 years of experience seeking career development in investment banking.

You will identify and qualify institutional and accredited investors, participate in equity transactions from lead generation to closing, and coordinate book deals and roadshows in the US and overseas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 preferred.
• Strong communication skills on the phone.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Positivity, self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify institutional and accredited investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices).
• Market firm's equity transactions—actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
• Book Deal and Non-deal roadshows both in the US and overseas.
• Collaborate with experienced sales brokers to develop and maintain relationships with investors.
• Work with companies and investors to set up corporate access events.
