HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Naples, FL. No sales experience is required—we will provide training and tools to help you succeed.

You will reach homeowners, quote by email, and call to build long-term relationships, with a $55K–$70K annual target, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, PTO, and opportunities to advance in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• No experience required – training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales by sending email quotes and making telephone calls.
• Engage inbound leads and convert inquiries into satisfied long-term customers.
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right pest control plan.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and exceptional follow‑up.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
