HomeTeam in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners, knock on doors when needed, and learn sales from the ground up. You’ll build relationships, explain HomeTeam’s pest-control solutions, and complete paperwork to keep technicians informed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales; knocking on doors, sending mail, and making calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure pest control techs have necessary information for service delivery.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with customers.
