Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Comprehensive training provided for individuals without prior sales experience.
• Ability to generate sales by reaching homeowners in assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales via email quotes and calls.
• Engage inbound leads and convert inquiries into long-term customers.
• Match customer needs with the right pest control plan.
• Explain benefits and prices of HomeTeam products to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Complete sales documents accurately for pest control techs.
• Work independently and stay motivated.
