Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to reach out to homeowners, generate sales, and explain the benefits of our pest control solutions. Training provided; no prior sales experience needed.

You’ll work outdoors, meet new people, and represent a trusted HomeTeam brand in a supportive environment. You’ll handle sales paperwork and coordinate with Pest Control Techs to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required—the company will train you.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet new people.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Are you comfortable working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
