Qualifications

• Understanding of selling principles, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
• Strong oral expression and comprehension.
• Adaptable to sales and business development processes.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
• On-site; no remote work available.

Responsibilities

• Learn product catalog, specifications details and quality system.
• Complete safety, sales and marketing training as assigned.
• Analyze sales data to aid the sales team.
• Manage special sales projects and present findings.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Maintain customer records through Salesforce.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, credit terms.
• Quote prices and terms; discuss how products meet customer needs.
• Contact customers about how products/services meet their needs.
