Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Understanding of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing based on local market levels, inventory availability, and overhead costs to maximize profits and customer service.
• Manage customer price sheets if applicable.
• Work with manufacturers’ reps and regional sales people to grow business.
• Evaluate customer needs to determine appropriate products or alternatives to meet job or project requirements.
• Coordinate marketing activities with major distributors, including marketing programs or promos.
• Coordinate new customer set-up process.
• Collect data needed by accounts receivable to establish lines of credit.
• Determine appropriate line based on estimated volume.
• Handle customer complaints including product quality, freight claims, pricing.
