Job summary

Premier Pump & Power, a family-owned manufacturer, seeks an Assembly Technician to join a mechanical team in Vancouver, WA. You’ll contribute to pump and package assembly, gain hands-on experience with chassis, engines, and industrial systems, and learn from lead assemblers and the Assembly Supervisor.

You’ll work in a role that values safety, attention to quality, and adaptability in a factory and outdoor setting, with training provided for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to provide personal tools for tasks
• Understand and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Work on pump and package manufacturing under supervision
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Assemble units that meet quality standards within production timelines
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance of assembly equipment and tools
• Operate manufacturing equipment (training provided)
• Wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment
• Understand job instructions and complete required paperwork in English
• Willing to work in warehouse and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
