Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support manufacturing assembly lines to meet schedule, cycle time, and cost objectives.
• Develop manpower forecasts based on standard loads and assist in achieving cost targets.
• Develop capacity analysis.
• Participate and support improvement projects.
• Collect, tabulate, and graph historical data to support program evaluation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve cost-competitive processes.
• Analyze and develop factory layouts to reduce cycle time and increase output.
• Utilize Power BI and Kinaxis to depict historical data and project shop load.
• Use data analytics to ensure MES budgets, time standards, and appropriate work centers.
