Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with Lean/CI methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with production flow analysis and scheduling.
• Provide metrics and KPIs to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze production capacity, line balancing, and layout improvements.
• Develop labor standards and perform time studies for new parts.
• Utilize SAP, AutoCAD, CATIA and simulation tools for improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
