Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Schneider Electric Industrial Automation and Foxboro training across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Support learners before, during, and after sessions to ensure effective learning.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• Prepare training materials, labs, software configurations, and classroom setups.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, services, and internal teams to identify training needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
