Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home. No prior experience is required as paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities include personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, medication reminders, ROM exercises, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Flexible assignments near Middlebury and Addison County.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation to local appointments and run errands.
