Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, and transportation to appointments. Flexible FT/PT hours and weekend shifts available near Bennington, VT.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and errands.
