BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to deliver one-on-one in-home support in Brattleboro and surrounding Windham County. No prior experience required—paid training and ongoing support are provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, and transportation. Competitive pay plus mileage reimbursement, with weekend and holiday shift options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional home health or patient care experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation to local appointments and errands.
