BAYADA Home Health Care in Vermont is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides for in-home, one-on-one support close to Springfield and Windsor County. Pay is $26 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, with flexible FT and PT hours available.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
• Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients
