Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our team for in-home, one-on-one support in Royalton, VT and surrounding areas. No prior experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ADLs, meals, mobility, and transportation to local appointments. Flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and holiday pay are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients.
