Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one, in-home support for clients in Ludlow, VT. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided and ongoing support is available for the right individual.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship. Flexible scheduling and local assignments help you stay close to home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients.
