Qualifications

- Must have valid licensing or certifications as required by local laws.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance calls and routine tune-ups on HVAC equipment.
- Inspects equipment for potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
- Assists technicians and delivers parts/equipment as needed.
- Records information on a handheld device and completes forms.
- Communicates status to dispatch and maintains high customer service levels.
- Ensures company property and tools are properly maintained.
