Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial equipment, respond to customer questions, and promote products and services. Under supervision, analyze problems, perform maintenance, inspect equipment, and ensure high customer satisfaction, including on-call shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities include completing forms, handling payments, and maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with training and 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Must hold mechanical journeyman EPA and safety certifications.
• Experience servicing heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance, paperwork, and collect payments as needed.
• Communicate with dispatch and promote products and services to customers.
