Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training; 0–2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and prevent outages or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Record information on handheld device and complete paperwork accurately.
• Promote products and services to customers and coordinate with dispatch.
