Job summary

You will work closely with a Service Technician, complete required forms, and support dispatch with status updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and related accessories.
• Able to operate necessary tools and equipment for service projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Conduct routine HVAC tune-ups and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect and perform limited diagnostics to identify potential problems.
• Assist Service Technician in servicing HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Complete forms and paperwork neatly and on time; handle parts delivery as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
