Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I in West Virginia to perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment under close supervision. The role focuses on precision tune-ups, basic diagnostics, and accurate record-keeping.

You'll assist senior technicians, handle parts delivery, and maintain professional customer interactions while following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years' experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC operation and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Complete routine tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform limited diagnostics to prevent issues.
• Assist Service Technicians and record information on a handheld device.
• Deliver parts and equipment as needed and ensure customer service quality.
