Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Tampa, FL is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support routine HVAC maintenance tasks under supervision. You will assist with tune-ups, inspections, and parts delivery while learning through hands-on guidance.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED with 0–2 years of HVAC exposure, basic reading diagrams, and strong customer-service skills. EPA safety certs are required and on-call flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of HVAC-related experience preferred or entry-level with technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient with reading wiring diagrams and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment under supervision.
