Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an HSE Specialist I to be based on construction sites where safety is a priority. You will support health, safety, and environmental programs with internal and client teams, conduct inspections, assist in incident investigations, and help train staff to uphold standards.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30 and related certifications. You will work primarily on active sites, promoting a safe and compliant work environment with opportunities for

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in safety or related field.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C.
• Ability to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to raise hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents, near-misses, and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safe, productive environments.
• Develop routine HSE project plans and specifications.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, evaluations, and investigations.
• Maintain required reports to meet standards.
