Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong critical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support our teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape and govern HR policies reflecting KEYENCE's philosophy.
• Conduct engagement interviews and surveys across 38 U.S. offices.
• Advise on performance, discipline, and grievances; manage transfers and leaves.
• Provide risk assessments and ensure legal compliance; lead reporting.
