Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (internships or coursework counted).
• Active, unrestricted driver's license.
• Willingness to learn HRIS/HR software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Director.
• Help process hiring-related paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support new employee orientations.
• Assist with maintaining HR documents (handbooks, org charts, and performance evaluation forms).
• Support exit interviews and termination paperwork.
• Assist with reference and background checks on job applicants.
• Compile and organize employment-related data for reports.
• Learn and stay current on EEO, ADA, and other applicable employment laws.
• Take on additional HR projects and tasks as assigned to help improve department efficiency.
