National Vision is hiring a Human Resources Shared Services Agent to handle daily SERVE cases, chats, and phone inquiries from our retail population. You’ll work with the Shared Services team on People Team projects and keep knowledge articles current.

Responsibilities include timely case resolution with a calm, welcoming demeanor and collaboration with Tier 1 leads. We offer training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years Customer Service experience (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Experience with ServiceNow and HRIS systems (Required/Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily SERVE cases, chats, and phone inquiries for People Team questions.
• Provide first level HR support and use knowledge articles to guide associates.
• Update and maintain Tier 1 knowledge articles and assist with Shared Services projects.
