Connect Search LLC is seeking an Entry Level HR Coordinator to support workforce development initiatives in Milwaukee. This fully onsite contract-to-hire role focuses on program administration, participant communication, and data tracking using Excel.

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
Any internship experience in HR or similar is highly preferred.
Experience using Excel and data tracking for programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support workforce development and mentorship programs.
Assist with program administration, participant communication, and ongoing program activities.
Work with internal teams and program participants to support workforce development initiatives.
Maintain accurate program records, tracking, and reporting.
Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and program-related tasks.
Communicate with participants and stakeholders and assist with presentations or public-facing program activities.
