Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years prior administrative or customer service experience required.
• 1-3 years of previous experience in a human resources administrative role preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles and procedures required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and escalates employment background checks.
• Supports ATS and HR System operations.
• Partners with various departments on onboarding.
• Develops and administers intranet page content.
• Administers various surveys and report findings.
• Maintains office procedures for quality and confidentiality.
• Prepares reports and presentations for talent development.
