Job summary

Pratt Industries, a leading packaging company, seeks an entry-level HR Generalist to support the Beloit, Wisconsin corrugator. You will work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting, payroll, and records, helping ensure smooth HR operations on site.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years HR/payroll experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Manufacturing experience and knowledge of employment laws are a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resource Manager in day-to-day HR operations for the Beloit Corrugator.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and exits; maintain records and I-9 documentation.
• Administer timekeeping and biweekly payroll with guidance from HRM/Payroll Analyst.
• Support employee relations investigations and foster a positive culture.
• Assist with benefits administration and compliance with laws and policies.
