Job summary

MaxInsights in Santa Clara is seeking an entry-level HR Associate for a 6-month contract to learn startup HR, admin, and recruiting. You will support recruiting in our ATS, assist with on-site interviews, and help maintain candidate records and office operations.

The role offers 40 hours weekly with flexible hours and free daily lunches, empowering you to grow into People Operations and HR Generalist roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HR role with onboarding, recruitment, and admin duties.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, admin support, or customer service is ideal.
• Mandarin language is a plus but optional.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site interviews and track attendance.
• Schedule interviews, manage candidate progress in ATS.
• Assist with office administration and supplies.
• Support basic HR activities and onboarding.
