Job summary

MaxInsights is hiring an entry-level HR Associate in Santa Clara for a 6-month contract. You will learn startup HR operations, recruiting, and admin while supporting hiring pipelines, office management, and candidate coordination.

Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and eager to learn. Some HR/recruiting/admin experience is a plus; Mandarin ability is optional. Daily lunches are provided and hours are flexible within a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; prior HR/recruiting/admin experience helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage visits, schedules and docs.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace recommended.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting & sourcing; schedule interviews and track candidate progress.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and assist with attendance and paperwork.
• Manage office supplies and collaborate with facilities.
• Aid in onboarding and answering general employee questions.
