Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships and Marc Media Group seek an entry-level HR Assistant to support our HR team and two companies across Central Florida and related markets.

You will help with postings, screenings, interviews, onboarding, and benefits inquiries while representing the organizations in a professional manner. This role requires confidentiality and adaptability, with occasional travel to locations outside the office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year degree in Human Resources or HR Certification is a plus.
• Minimum of two years HR experience preferred.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiter to develop a creative recruitment strategy and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assist recruiter to attract candidates by writing and maintaining job postings.
• Assist with screening resumes/applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data entry and employee records.
• Coordinate employment documentation and changes.
• Maintain HR reporting and metrics.
