Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and on the telephone; provide general information and direct to the appropriate party.
• Process transfer requests; schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for HR director and team.
• Receive, sort and forward mail; maintain publications and office supplies.
• Data entry into HRIS to track certifications, licenses, training rosters and drug test results.
• Assist with staffing duties: screen applications, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle benefits enrollment invoicing and Paycom benefit administration.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files and records.
• Support HR team with clerical duties and office tasks as needed.
